Youth Camp Refund Policy
Any cancelations should be reported immediately by phone to give other campers an opportunity to attend. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within two weeks of the camp you wanted to attend you will be refunded 50% of the camp fee. There are no refunds for “no shows.”
Family Camp Refund Policy
Any cancelations should be reported immediately by phone to give other campers an opportunity to attend. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within four weeks of the camp you wanted to attend you will be refunded 50% of the camp fee. If another family fills your spot then you will receive a full refund minus your deposit. For cancelations more than four weeks prior to your camp you may receive a full refund minus your deposit. There are no refunds for “no shows.”
